The Poker Circuit Officially Announces TPC Motherboard

The Poker Circuit (TPC) has officially announced its long-rumored TPC Motherboard event, with Poker Royale in Manila signing on as the first leg of the innovative tournament.

Poker Royale, which is located in Pasay City, Philippines, will have its leg from August 6 to 9 feature a Php 1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool for a buy-in of Php 5,000 + Php 400.

The last eighteen players of the leg will then move on to the TPC Motherboard's finale on the first day of APT Philippines 2010.

The series’ unique format will give local players the opportunity to win seats into the APT Philippines 2010 main event.

According to the APT's website, "Independent poker rooms from around the country will run their own legs of the TPC Motherboard during July and August with the finalists from each event coming together for a final play-off tournament to be staged on the opening day of APT Philippines."
